As hot as the stew it's named after. Solyanka ranks at the top of the list for music, atmosphere, everything. Flammable Beats and the guys off Ninja Tunes have all played here. Deep sea colors and retro fixtures evoke Old Havana. Every detail carefully thought out and worth looking at - pink lamps, fern-shaped sconces. The Twins Shopp sells effortlessly cool boutique-label European fashion. Best nights are the Yum Yum sessions, thrown by a group of Berliners so hip, it hurts.
