Editorial Review

El Cholo got a lot of cousins, esse. Things get ugly at happy hour (4-7pm) when grouchy after-workers vie for seating, oh-so-sweet n' sour margs, and the attention of somebody, anybody to serve them. Dressed up home on the range Southwestern faves like Texas antelope and cowboy steak. They swear that ain't horse. We'd probably eat it even if it was, as long as it was slathered in the yummy chipotle garlic butter.
