Editorial Review

Red Hook's Ice House peeps drop a mom and pop bar on burgeoning SoSlo stretch. Half a dozen taps, plus dozens and dozens of bottles. Bourbons for when you're ready to escalate. Comfy digs, lots of dark wood, Edison bulbs, kitschy sign reminding cowboys to leave their guns at the bar (an owner comes from Texas, what the hell do you expect.) Chill backyard, plus board games and Ms. Pac-Man for those in need of distraction. Warm red ceiling, reinforced by the cover of Big Star's Radio City on the juke.
