PREVIEW: Paige Management Group (The Hill, Dune Southampton, 121 Fulton Street) president Matt Shendell is adding his milk to Ian Duke and David Hilty's coco puff starting this Memorial Day in a tweak on last summer's Social Club. Among the changes are the new garden style backyard, private cabanas, and an updated hand-crafted cocktail list. Staid but appealing eyecatchers like braised short rib sliders and lobster parpadelle take their place on the new menu by Scott Kampf. Still plenty of banquette style seating for groups looking to fine dine their way into a swank weekend lounge scene.
