Step over students, kids, after-work warriors, and beer snobs, as you enter a true Boulder brew pub. It's dark and crowded, but the homey beers and huge burgers are worth the inevitable wait on a weekend night. The staff pools its tips and can seem like they've had a few beers themselves, but they are as one, man. Plastic-flashers beware: cold hard cash reigns king in this hoppy haven.
