New kid on the King West block, Spice Route dresses to impress. Torches, running fountains and discerning doormen lead club goers in. Expect a good 20 minute wait at peak weekend hours. Only thing is, this isn't really a club. Inside, sophisticates click their Louboutin replicas to seductive house at the bar. Friends gather for the occasion over asian inspired dishes on spacious couches. Frock filled ladies and well coiffed gents give each other the once over from their VIP cabanas on shrub encased patio. Surely to be TIFF hotspot and friendly competitor to Ultra.
