No choices and no subs - you’ll eat what he gives you and like it. Reverential Chowhound types watch silently as his team works the open kitchen. Sixteen seats are booked for dinner up to five months in advance - get on the wait list and hope for cancellations. New location to open in Spring 2009. Closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
