The words "pretentious," "inventive," "ambitious" and "self concious" have all been used to desribe this upscale gastropub in Belltown. The words are all correct, but the crowd doesn't seem to care: the food and decor speaks for itself. Think fried potato dumplings with tasmanian peppercorn, bison burgers with pepper ketchup and various other molecular gastronomical delights. Black and white stills of the Wild West are projected on to a framed screen in the dining room as the well-dressed Belltown set downs cocktails. More of a chic urban cowboy feel than Quinn's ... a solid meal will set you back around fifty, give or take.
