This boutique design hotel not far from Bastille has 36 differently decorated rooms done up with simple design and bursts of color. Each one has the requisite flatscreen and wifi, but you probably won't stay in your room for long. The location is a great jumping-off point for people who want to prowl the small galleries and good bars and restos in this area. Airy attic breakfast room has a view of Paris rooftops.
