The recognizable red star over the parking lot has been around longer than some of its patrons have, and most Hamptons A-listers have set foot inside at some point (Diddy even held his famed White Party after-parties here). With hip hop, house and three dancespots to choose from (a converted barn, a Mediterranean Room and a connecting al fresco courtyard) this Wainscott institution just might survive another quarter-century. a “Star” Caterer Serena Bass of Chelsea’s former Serena created the summer tapas menu.
