Editorial Review

The Green Eggs' Cafe crew debuts a 28-seat small-plater featuring ex- Barbuzzo chef de cuisine George Sabatino. Cozy up in the petite East Passyunk spot and spy the eye-catching view of its neighbor, the Singing Fountain. Industrial-accented interior speckled with exposed brick, warm cream and burnt orange walls, butcher block-topped two- and four-seat tables, and a twelve-seat concrete-lined bar. Inspired menu highlights from-scratch pickles, cheeses, sausages, and charcuterie, aside a pocket-sized, yet generous large plate lineup. Regionally-sourced craft draft list, plus a devoted cocktail list with whiskey as its forerunner.
