Like the original Stella's, the new location focuses on Belgian beer and cuisine, but in a more contemporary setting, complete with "dining car," fireplace and club chairs. Mussels and frites by the cone are the big draw, but tapas menu also features fondue, chorizo corn dogs, fish tacos, charcuterie and Asian-inspired short ribs with spinach sesame nori salad. Bravura list of gourmet beers covers the globe, but try a cheaper local brewery like Phillips and save enough for another round.
