Menu accommodates size zero grazers with tartares, salads, raw bar. Actual stks run from petite skirts to cardiac arrest-friendly 24-oz porterhouse. Cap with maxa decadence of black truffles, foie gras butter. Busy bar, much-packed Meatpack scene—pricey, trendy, and most folks didn't come for the food.
