Sofitel's slick spot of burnt orange plush. Chic, star-lit bar hugs the curb, dotted with dressy go-getters in their late 20's and beyond, un-intimidated by cocktails priced in their teens. Guests come hot, get hotter; wait staff hottest. Fire pits are the rage, while private cabanas flip a bird to Tropicana. D.J. acts busy while just screwing around on his iPod. Is that Joe Francis or the poor actor resembling him? Know before you swing, ladies.
