Michael Mina, celebrity chef, does it again. He may not be in the kitchen himself, but the dude's gotten good at translating his vision to his cooks. Tasting menus are the way to go: might luck out with a caviar parfait or foie gras with corn bread and huckleberry compote. Such whimsy! Definitely a special occasion spot.
