A group of locally famous designers, bar owners and chefs got together, took the pulse of nightlife, and came up with this concept: burgers and beer done with elegance. It's a departure from its Cahuenga Corridor neighbors—the strip is known more for outlandish clubs and celebutantes falling down on the sidewalk. This is more chill, with real food people might actually eat. Of course, said food is meant to be paired with the impressive beer selection. And it stays open late enough to be both an after-party and a sobering spot.
