Strawberry Hill

The white clapboard dining room with colonial chairs and gabled verandah is probably the prettiest in Jamaica. Chef Kingsley McGregor serves "new Jamaican cuisine" likethe  coconut-crusted snapper and rum fruit truffle. The kitchen staff also famously makes all its own salad dressings and ice creams from scratch, including the Blue Mountain coffee ice cream, by now international in reputation.
