While not exactly sushi for beginners, a far cry from the "Sushi Nazi" at this outpost of Chef Nozawa's original stomping ground, Sushi Nozawa. His mantra is "simple, pure sushi" which translates to a set menu, seasonal fresh ingredients, and a no-nonsense dining experience. Impeccably fresh fish. The "Trust Me" menu (be thankful you even get a menu!), displayed on hanging flat screens, consists of the chef's choice for the day, while also offering a lighter portion for both lunch and dinner. Don't expect a show, you'll have to entertain yourself as the rolling is done behind closed doors. Disciplined yet suspenseful, if that's your kind of thing.
