Surrender is the nightlife component of the Encore Beach Club. The spacious, summer-white space is open to the pool and cabanas, while DJs heat up the dance floor and an attentive, attractive waitstaff keeps the bottles coming. On Friday nights, DJ Steve Aoki mans the glass-enclosed booth, giving the hipster demigod the appropriate look-don't-touch aura.
