To anyone in the (fashion) know, this is “the” store in SF to shop. Each season, Susan presents her discerning clientele with a carefully edited selection from top designers like Balenciaga, Lanvin, Comme des Garcon, Jill Sander and Undercover. Nestled in a quiet, upscale neighborhood this store has gained international recognition. Set against a minimalist-chic, gallery-like backdrop, white walls and metal racks allow for the avant garde clothes to pop and jewelry to blind you. (Tom Binns collection is off the hook). This store has styles from top collections not even SF’s Barneys can get their hands on. Watch out for pushy staff. Just push back and they’ll simmer down. Stay alert for legendary trunk shows from the big, Lanvin, to the small, up and comer Jeremy Laing.
