Encino lucked out with this one. The chef is kind of famous, see. And rightfully so. All the traditional stuff, plus fancy, artsy plates with crispy rice, confetti shrimp, what have you. This northern-most outpost of Chef Katsuya's empire is probably the quietest, but no less delicious. Just less scene-y. Sometimes that sort of thing is needed.
