Just standing in the foyer ignites a tingle of excitement, whether you’re headed to the palatial dining room or the South Beach-style upstairs lounge. Dressing-to-impress professionals come for its party-in-a-vodka-ad scene, attracted as much by the futuristic and colorful custom furnishings as the modernist sushi dishes. The crowd can be a bit much and so can the prices…bring your credit card and try not to blink because the meticulous attention to presentation is reflected in the bill, as fastidiously prepared as that Asian ad exec rocking wedge sandals and a black Amex sitting on the couch next to yours.
