When sushi this good, you don't need a fancy name, a million items on the menu, nor some extravagant setting to serve it in. That's the approach Master Sushi Chef Fuji Fujita - one of only seven in the US - takes here: a rustic, open lounge in Loews' lobby level, and a short menu of some of the most beautifully-presented, exquisite sushi you'll ever have. Will never go wrong with the Tropical Salmon (big eye tuna and avocado roll wrapped in salmon and sliced mango) and, better yet, the signature box-style roll of layered tuna, salmon, snow crab, avocado, rice, and chile-flavored fish roe. Prices are steep, but you only live once. Not to mention that Wednesdays mean half-price libations - sake to signature cocktails - with food orders.
