Don't expect the Matt Leblanc look alike to slide the Heinz down the counter. Couples span out in the narrow booths browsing the Saturday Globe. Friends look over their records from Play De Record over the orange formica counters. Blues plays in the background of this pseudo greasy spoon. Stark walls, wooden booths, a 50's style fridge and low-slung counters contribute to a very basic set up. Despite brunchtime lingering, Swan is a great spot for non diner fare at dinnertime. Bone up on your meats from ribs to sirloin and duck. Wash it all down with whiskey in style.
