They call it Taiwanese ice cream, but it’s actually only shaved ice. How can a clump of long strands of crystallized H20 be so delicious? It tastes like ice cream, but it’s even smoother than frozen yogurt. I’m convinced this is the Next Big Thing, the future of desserts.
