Every town has one, and this is Park City’s Saturday Night Takeout Place. The Chinese restaurant you’re supposed to call before watching any Pedro Almodovar movie and falling asleep on the floor with your significant other. You can eat at the restaurant, but it’s like eating at every non-metropolis Chinese place—dark red oak geometric booths, ornamental decorations involving dragons, faux-intricate woodwork. Better to get the Cantonese Beef to go. Mushu Pork is safe bet, but the whole roast duck is the real power move. You’ll always want more in thirty minutes anyway.
