Very out-of-the-way location really just adds to the appeal for Chabelita's devoted followers. Also, not many places are open 24 hours in L.A. It's Mexican, but with chili cheese fries and arcade games, for when the mood strikes at 3 am. "Taco" is in the name, but the real draw is the burritos—again, something unusual for L.A. Staff can be grumpy, but that goes with the territory.
