Editorial Review

Bao are delicious Chinese snacks and mainstays of dim sum. Here they get all wacky. Shaped like tacos, filled with whatever. Want one that tastes like chicken satay with peanut sauce? Done. Teriyaki? Asian-influenced fish taco? Pomegranate-marinated steak? All done. Few easy bites, it's done. Makes sense, as it's in a mall.
