Bistro 2.0. Tartines, classic French open-faced sammies, infiltrate a part of the city usually reserved for panini. Authenticity assured by rustic sourdough loafs flown in from Parisian bakery Poilâne. High-end ingredients: beef tartare, crispy duck, foie gras, smoked salmon. Caviar Alverta for especially posh moods. Also soups, salads, smoothies, and French vintages to lubricate date nights. For the latter, nice duplex setup, with intimate seating, and a fireplace casting glowing light on a ficus growing right through a tabletop.
