This One Arts Plaza hotspot has some great food with a great view, but you'll pay for it. What that means, though, is that it's a perfect place for a date and if you're willing to shell out for fairly small portions, it's sure to be appreciated. The dishes are very tasty and the soba noodles are the real deal. This place also has the same problem that the others do in the plaza - considering it's a popular place to go before catching a bite to eat before a play, they aren't very good under pressure, so it's recommended you go as early as possible if you're in a hurry.
