Brazilian cone sushi gets students and hipsters in temakeria tizzy. Long lines, varnished wood tables, cushioned chairs and mirrors for an update on a classic Japanese sushi house. Diners head straight to the temakis: salmon completo comes mixed with green onion and mayo inside wide-mouthed seaweed cone. Spin comes as aberto, contents of which are laid out on a plate in a more manageable, graceful form.
