Emulating Parisian penchant for natural wines (no cultured yeasts, no added sulfur dioxide until bottling), new wine bar offers superb combo of great nibbles, nice ambience and surprisingly impressive wine list. There is a restaurant but best way to enjoy Terroirs is to hit various bottles, perched on stool at zinc bar tasting various wines by the glass (£8-10).Try some 2005 Macon-Chaintré Vieilles Vignes with taste-bud exploding charcuterie platter layered with terrines and silky smooth jamon iberico. For more exploratory palates, try lardo di colonnata with glass of herby Clos Lapeyre Jurancon Magendia 2005...you'll be back for more.
