Texas de Brazil Churrascaria

Editorial Review

Festive, upscale décor of TdB chain’s newest outpost—bright reds, hefty wooden beams, gorgeous bay views, and huge exotic floral displays—complement extensive list of wines and signature cocktails (do have a Caipirinha). Perfectly seasoned meats slow roasted over open flame by SoBe’s finest gauchos (cowboys) are par with the much pricier steak elsewhere; go with smoky barbecue pork ribs, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, and flavorful, garlic-y linguiça (Brazilian sausage). And with 50+ options (soup, salad, appetizer, sushi) at the salad bar, there's no shortage for herbivorous friends. If you have room, three words: chocolate mousse cake.
