Northern joint offers up interesting modern versions of Scottish food in noisy modern steel and glass emporium with cosy specialist whisky bar in basement. Go forth and conquer smoked wood pigeon, sprout & walnut salad followed by excellent loin of Highland venison, thyme potato cake, parsnip purée. Skip pudding and trot down to basement for a few drams of selected highland whiskies.
