Kaufman Astoria Studios hosts supperclub scene that harks back to the days when Rudolph Valentino and Mary Pickford chilled here. Formerly private Paramount space amazingly well-preserved, rocking marble staircase, mahogany bar, tile walls. Throws around old-time big money names like Rockefeller (as in the oysters), Wellington (as in beef), and Astor (inspiration for both a house cocktail and a house martini). Beaver Bar comes complete with taxidermied critter, bespoke 'tails.
