Ride an escalator and walk past cases of Cristal to this vast, inverted-tiered club. Adorned in black and gold with plenty of mirrors, the Bank's decor is reminiscent of a 1930s nightclub on steroids. A well-dressed, well-heeled crowd packs the smallish dance floor to commercial dance and hip-hop music, while a staff of burly bouncers guard surrounding VIP tables. Come correct: Even celebs have been turned away for breaking the dress code.
