Editorial Review

The Bazaar at the SLS Beverly Hills hotel has many parts. Fitting name, of course. Go to Bar Centro for drinks and snacks, either Rojo or Blanca for tapas (Rojo is more traditional, Blanca has fruit skewers with outlandish seasonings, foams, liquids and airs), and Patisserie to finish. Or go nuts and do it out of order. You're paying for the privilege. Plenty of action and decor to stare at, but chances are you'll be busy deciphering the food.
