Takes name from the hipster strip, but the facial hair stops there. New American fare veers refined seasonal, and all are expected to wear pants. Burger pasture-raised, slathered in gorgonzola. Flap steak comes with seriously mature black kale to offset "butt meat" giggling. Ambitious cocktail program allows rare asshat-free space to swirl green chartreuse snifter.
