The Bellevue

Editorial Review

Since opening in June 2010, owners Ryan Thompson and Chris Dardarian have transformed their quaint little bar into one of the neighbourhood's most exciting restaurants, largely on the back of unheralded chef Tyler Bratt, whose whimsical takes on classics--think: tempura battered halibut & heirloom carrot kettle chips--have made him a chef-to-watch. It's extensive patio--heavy on the re-claimed wood--couples nicely with the quaint interior, equally beautiful drenched in sunlight or candlelight.
