Vegetarians, take a pass. Named after a pig, The Berkshire is a pork-centric restaurant that’s all about the hog. Eat like a pig in a friendly room covered with quotations about everyone’s favorite edible beast. Gluttonous locals and Stapleton’s nouveau riche alike line up for a long list of pork dishes and the can’t-miss bacon flights and bacon-infused booze. Though it’s a brunch standout, The Berkshire is underappreciated for its we-close-when-you-leave late night policy.
