Billed as "A Global Bistro Serving Eclectic Cuisine" The Bicycle Lance Armstrongs its way into becoming one of your fab five favs. Chefs Nicholas Batey and Will Cox create regional and seasonal specialties showcasing their locally produced, co-op, veggies.  These are prominently featured in the absurdly fresh menu items. Pairing the subtlties of this cuisine with the appropriate wine is an art in itself and the Bicycle staff accomplishes this feat with a smacktastic array of wine options.
