Inspired by Tombstone's Birdcage Theater, dinner theater runs from showgirls to double-Dutch jump roping to Peter Cincotti, Imogen Heap, and The Citizens Band. Food recently upgraded, goes global and eclectic. Some backlash, but tables are still hard to get and do not come cheap.
