The Butcher Shop

Editorial Review

If any of the trend pieces in the men's magazines are to be trusted, apparently butchering is, like, a thing now. People have always loved lingering over cuts of meat, but now a chopping block and a sharp knife are the latest fashion accessories. The next logical step is a butcher shop where you can actually hang out and drink a glass of wine. One that not only cuts the varied meats for you, but cooks them too. Barbara Lynch's South End butcherie specializes is rustic French and Italian terrines, sausages and pates. Wine and cheese selection stands out as well.
