Editorial Review

No frills, but who wants ‘em anyway? Just march right up to the counter and make your order known to the knowledgeable staff. Besides serving as Aspen’s destination for fresh-cut deli meats, steaks and seafood for more than 25 years, The Butcher’s Block is also one of town’s best lunch options. Fresh deli sandwiches made while you watch and stacked high. Also home to hidden gems such as the meatloaf sandwich and homemade chili. Located on Spring and Durant just a block from the gondola.
