Bringing together a holy trinity of hot hoteliers -- David Edelstein, Jackie Mansfield, and Steven Kamal, separate forces behind W South Beach and Surf Lodge in Montauk -- the all new Capri Hotel has left its Pink Elephant past in the dust with a fresh look to its 31 guest rooms, a Nobu outpost, a Cynthia Rowley shop (CR also had a hand in the hotel's redesign, including appointing guest rooms) and an outdoor lounge known as the Bathing Club at Capri.
