At the very top floor of the legendary Peninsula Hotel, The China Clipper is part bar, part museum: it's designed to evoke old-time planes (back in the days of sleeper berths and dining rooms) and is decorated with old aviation images. The name itself is taken from the weeklong plane trip of the last century that went from the U.S. to Hong Kong. It's also a bar with an amazing view. How to get in?
