A popular venue for flashy fashion events, The Corner's selection of contemporary couture includes labels like Alaia, Balenciaga and Louboutin, artist monographs, avant-garde zines and blue-chip art from local A-list galleries. Designer furniture, cosmetics and an impressive bar stocked mostly with water (don't panic, they have gin too) diversify the inventory, elevating The Corner from mere fashion outpost to high-culture, lavish lifestyle store. Although amicable personnel is probably due some credit for persisting popularity, being on Berlin's most beautiful square and in immediate proximity to pricy hotels hasn't hurt either.
