Something less than cosmopolitan, not as Tribeca feeling as the address might indicate. Downtown and clean, but low in the frill department. Holds its own as low-maintenance option during Tribeca Film Festival. Smallish rooms with double beds. White furniture matched with gray curtains, bedspreads, and walls. Area can be fun to walk around in, though deserted streets and proximity to Ground Zero make it a little eerie at night.
