Warm bag of croutons more fun than a bagful of hammers. Classic cocktailing, plus elaborate house combos. Salt & Ash by the batch blends mezcal, Lapsang, sweet vermouth, and lemon juice. Modern looks all around: blond wood, brick, and bulbs dangling from clusters of glass jars.
