The Crow's Nest Inn & Restaurant

Editorial Review

Beloved Montauk classic born again following a major upgrade in service and amenities, as NYC hotelier Sean MacPherson is now running the show at the 18-unit (including two-bedroom cottage) hotel and restaurant on Lake Montauk. The bar has been booming since MacPherson came to town, with a mix of partiers you'd more likely bump into at the Jane than Salivar's. Restaurant is in fine form: day boat scallops with local grilled asparagus is beachside bliss on a plate.
